The crew was professional, respectful, and extremely thorough with the smoke and soot cleanup. They also helped coordinate with our insurance company, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Jacob was amazing. He immediately got to work taking photos, gathering measurements, and preparing the report. He even contacted our insurance company and got the claims process started for us right away. On top of that, he somehow managed to calm my wife down during a very stressful situation!
